Once balance is achieved, your Bonobiker pedals for the first time as if it had always been second nature. That's it: they are riding for real and can brake all by themselves.
Just under 5 kg. Not a gram more.
Aluminum tube frame combined with fiber-reinforced polymer connectors. This choice of materials results in one of the lightest pedal bikes on the market, without compromising on rigidity or durability. A lightweight bike means less effort, more control and a more natural learning experience from the very first few meters.
Designed for early starters. Well done.
Saddle height adjustable from 280 mm to 450 mm. An ultra-low position for the first steps, then enough range to accompany a child up to age 4 with confidence. Because being able to easily reach the ground makes all the difference when learning to ride.
Designed for small hands.
Powerful hydraulic brake system, but calibrated for children's use. The lever is specifically sized for hands with low strength, with a short, progressive stroke.The disc is designed to limit accidental contact with the fingers. Braking becomes a reflex, not a constraint.
No grease. No mess.
The belt drive replaces the traditional chain. Cleaner, quieter, lighter and maintenance-free. A conscious high-end choice to guarantee a smooth, durable and uncompromising experience - for the child as well as the parents.
Not a “mini” version of an adult model.
Crankset developed in-house, exclusively for Bonob. Short 80 mm cranks and narrow Q-factor (120 mm) to suit children's body types : narrow hips, short legs. More natural, smoother pedaling without straining the joints. Ergonomics, down to the smallest detail.
