What age group is bonob® intended for?
bonob® is designed for children from 12 months (once they start walking) up to around 4 years old, depending on their size and development.
What sets bonob® apart from other balance bikes or evolutive bikes?
bonob® is designed with a patented variable geometry frame that allows you to easily switch from a tricycle to a balance bike and then to a pedal bike. It is lighter, more ergonomic, and easier to handle than most bikes on the market.
Is it easy to switch between modes?
The transition is simple. No special tools are required : just follow our tutorials and your child will be ready to get started.
Can bonob® be reused or passed on?
Yes. bonob® is made from high-quality materials and designed to last. It's ideal for passing on to younger siblings or selling once your child has outgrown it.
Where are bonob® bikes manufactured?
bonob® bikes are designed, developed and produced in Belgium. We source mainly local components in order to support local craftsmanship and reduce transport-related emissions.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Luxembourg. If you live outside these countries, please contact us; we are looking into other delivery options in the near future.

Is the bonob® bike easy to assemble?
Yes. The bonob® bike comes with step-by-step assembly instructions and video tutorials. Assembly is intuitive and quick.
What is your return policy?
You can return your bike within 14 days of delivery, provided it is new and in its original packaging. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
